The Best Roasted Broccoli with Garlic Salt

This simple yet flavorful roasted broccoli recipe highlights the smoky char of the roast, enhanced by the bold seasoning of Garlic Salt with a hint of lemon juice. A perfect side dish or healthy snack with just the right amount of depth.

Ingredients:


  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Slow Blaze Garlic Salt (adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Grated Parmesan or toasted almonds (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the broccoli: In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, Slow Blaze Garlic Salt and black pepper.

  3. Roast the broccoli: Spread the florets evenly on the baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded. Roast for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and slightly charred on the edges.

  4. Finish and serve: Remove from the oven and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccoli. Garnish with grated Parmesan or toasted almonds if desired.
