Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Slow Blaze Garlic Salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
Grated Parmesan or toasted almonds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the broccoli: In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, Slow Blaze Garlic Salt and black pepper.
Roast the broccoli: Spread the florets evenly on the baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded. Roast for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and slightly charred on the edges.
Finish and serve: Remove from the oven and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccoli. Garnish with grated Parmesan or toasted almonds if desired.
