Smoky Palermo Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

This pasta dish combines smoky, bold flavours with the rich sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes, all tossed in a velvety olive oil and garlic sauce. Finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan and fresh basil, each bite of this dish brings depth and warmth—perfect for pasta lovers craving something unique and flavourful.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta of choice (like penne or fettuccine)

  • 2 tbsp Smoky Palermo

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Stir in Smoky Palermo and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan.

  5. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
